Truvi
We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation, per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and before check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement stating that they agree to:
- abide by our rental terms and conditions; provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in; and pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 via TRUVI, which covers you for any accidental damage during your stay. At Hilde Homes, we are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests while ensuring a peaceful environment for neighbors and protecting our properties. That’s why we’ve partnered with Minut, an industry-leading smart home monitoring system designed specifically for vacation rentals.
What Does Minut Monitor?
✅ Noise Detection (No Recordings!) – Minut alerts us if noise levels become excessive. Guests will receive one friendly warning before any further action, which may include fines or removal.
✅ Smoke Detection – Helps us prevent unauthorized smoking inside the home.
✅ Occupancy Monitoring – Ensures the property isn’t exceeding guest limits.
✅ Humidity Tracking – Helps maintain a comfortable and healthy environment.
