Complete Guest Screening
We use TRUVI to ensure a smooth and secure booking process for all guests. After booking, you’ll need to complete a quick background check, sign a rental agreement, and pay a $35 damage waiver—all simple steps to keep your stay worry-free! Keep an eye out for TRUVI’s email to complete your screening.

Confirm your booking
Once your identity has been verified with Truvi and payment has been collected you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details and what you need to know prior to arrival. You can also respond directly to that email thread for any questions you may have.

We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation, per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement stating that they agree to: - abide by our rental terms and conditions; provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in; and pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $35 via TRUVI, which covers you for any accidental damage during your stay. Please look out for TRUVI to contact you for next steps!
