* Not all our homes are pet friendly but some are with extra fees.  Feel free to ask us if you can and we will do our best to accommodate

* Each home we order the fastest wifi possible in that area.  You will see the speed on each location but anywhere from 73mbs to 900mbs

* Most of our homes have free parking in a garage or driveway depending on location

We have a moderate cancellation policy in place. Cancel 5 days prior to arrival date and receive a full refund.  Major events and special holiday’s may have a strict cancelation policy in place

* Pool can be heated for extra charge normally starts at $75 a day and will need to be paid in full 48hrs before check-in date

* NO PARTIES OR EVENTS!! We have a very strict policy in place due to State and Ciy laws on vacation rentals.  You will be asked to leave and pay fines and lose a security deposit starting at $1500
