Large windows with natural lighting. Our Kitchen is the hub of our family home, the place to gather, cook, eat, and share your special moments as a group. It features a large central island with a 4’ x 9’ counter space, and comfortable seating for 8. Kitchen features all new appliances, with extra amenities: Kuerig with pods, toaster oven, electric kettle and chef essentials. Sliding door leading to spacious backyard and pool. Large covered patio with BBQ, dining and seating areas. Landscaped with large shading citrus tree and astroturf for fun outdoor activities. Kick back, relax by the large pool and heated hot tub. Privacy is no problem, we got you covered with landscaping and tall walls separating the neighbors. New central AC and Heat with nest thermostat. Three bedrooms, each with a brand new mattresses, large pillows and down comforters. Master bedroom with a king size bed and a walk-in shower with an above rain head and bench, walk in closet, vanity with two sinks. Two car garage.
