Coronado Home is in a great location inside a quiet, walkable neighborhood across the street from a shopping center with almost everything you could need during your stay. If you’re coming for golf, you’ll be happy to know there are seven championship golf courses nearby. For family fun, there are loads of parks and trails as well as a myriad of festivals and events, like the Tumbleweed Tree Lighting Ceremony in early December when Chandler rings in the holiday season.

– There’s a BREAKFAST BAR with 4 stools at the kitchen counter and a KITCHEN TABLE that seats 4 and sits at the window facing the pool. Grab a fresh coffee (coffee provided) and relax for a moment.
– A SITTING ROOM adjacent to the kitchen with a loveseat and two plush chairs, perfect for after-dinner chit chat or beverage, with direct access through sliding glass doors to the pool and patio area.
– A LIVING ROOM with a family-style L-shaped sectional sofa facing a 54” SMART TV with APPLE TV for enjoyable downtime moments connecting with loved ones.
– The DINING table is just behind the living room couch and seats 8 for sociable sit-down meals at home with lots of laughs and good conversation.
– A LAUNDRY ROOM with a WASHER, DRYER, IRON & IRONING BOARD for “at-home” conveniences.

The home is about 14.5 miles | 23.3 km from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). There are other transportation means, ride services like Uber and Lyft.
Notes
PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED BY LAW and could carry a fine of $800. This is a residential area and Scottsdale has quiet hours from 10 pm – 8 am. The home is outfitted with a NoiseAware device that measures volume decibels; does not record, that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit, and exterior cameras.
We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
– To abide by our rental terms and conditions.
– To provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
– We collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
– The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay
– Keep an eye out SuperHog will contact you for the next steps.
The max occupancy of the home is 8 guests. There is a $200 penalty per person for overnight guests over the max occupancy.
The entire amount of the cleaning fee at booking is given to our cleaning team. We partner with Well & Good and pay more than the average rate to guarantee a clean and safe environment for our guests. Well & Good Promises: 1) Professional Cleaners (trained & certified) 2) Offsite Laundering & 3) Guest Essentials: luxury soaps and more.
Mid-stay cleaning is available for a fee. Please notify your host to arrange it.
For stays of 25 nights or longer, there is a mandatory mid-stay cleaning that’s complimentary. Our team will be getting in touch with you during your stay to coordinate the best day-time to do it.
We provide a few complimentary home/bath essentials to get you started, like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and some toilet paper.
There are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property for security and to ensure guest safety.
You will be required to read and agree to the Swimming Pool AND/OR Jacuzzi Safety Acknowledgement and Release.
Mail service is not provided at this location. While packages can be delivered to your doorstep, access to the mailbox is not available.
HOUSE RULES:
– Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
– Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
– Recreational drug use or any illegal activity at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply incurs a $300 penalty.
– No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
– Renters agree to cover any cost related to damages that occurred during their stay, including extra-cleaning charges if needed or any unauthorized pets if discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file and followed by an email breaking down the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
– Please avoid moving furniture.
– Dog-friendly property (max 2 dogs) with prior authorization only, and a pet fee applies. Must clean up after your dog or incur a $150 additional cleaning fee.
– NEVER TAKE OUT, TURN OFF, OR UNPLUG the white hose (pool vacuum) that’s inside the pool. If found off, disconnected, or removed from the pool, there is a fine of $800.
– Please set the A.C. to 75°F before leaving the property.
– The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to
use the premise.
We allow children with the following stipulations:
– Guests are responsible for any and all necessary ‘baby proofing’.
– Children under age 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Guests have access to the entire home, the private yard and pool.
House Rules

– Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to transact confidently. The name on the SUPERHOG application must be the same as the primary guest on the reservation.
– No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. There is a $200 penalty per person for overnight guests over the max occupancy.
– No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
– Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
– Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
– Please avoid moving furniture.
