Neighborhood
Serene and secluded. However, Malibu was affected greatly by the fires and the rains and there are occasional utility outages that are unpredictable and usually temporary. Also due to the fires, there is some construction in the neighborhood that is unpredictable. Most of it is distant and the canyon is very Serene however I can’t predict what will happen if anything. Home is up a canyon, which attributes to the special location adjacent to Federal and State Parkland.
