This bedroom has a funky design that mixes retro with cowboy flair and farmhouse. It features sliding barn doors and an antique vanity set up, a plush full-sized bed, nightstands on both sides, a Smart TV and an overhead fan for added comfort.
– FULL BATHROOM –
This bathroom features a mix of modern and vintage design, skull tile accents, plenty of vanity space, under-sink storage, and a stand-in shower with a detachable shower head.
– CHEF’S KITCHEN –
With its retro yellow appliances and farmhouse-style sink, this fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, including appliances, plenty of cooking space, a kettle and a Keurig coffee machine!
– LIVING AREA –
Cozy living room area with lots of natural light, a large and plush vintage sofa and a Smart TV.

– BACKYARD –
Quaint and full of ambiance featuring a pergola-shaded outdoor dining table area, BBQ grill, fire pit lounge, hammocks and places to relax and chill in fresh air.
– LAUNDRY ROOM –
Enjoy the added convenience of a laundry area with a washer, dryer, and iron.
– DRIVEWAY –
There is a spot for 1 car in the driveway. (The other available spot is for guests of our main home when rented) You may park in the street too. Just be mindful of the neighbors’ homes and driveways.

Uber and Lyft are also reliable modes of transportation in this area! If you’re driving, you’ll be about 11 miles from PHX Airport and 22 miles from Scottsdale Airport (SCF).

Important things to know before booking to ensure a pleasant stay!
STATE LAW STRICTLY PROHIBITS PARTIES/EVENTS at the property. This is a residential area with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to be respectful of our neighbors. The home is outfitted with a Minut device that measures volume decibels (does not record) and notifies us when noise levels exceed a set limit. Violating noise ordinances is an initial $2000 fine.
We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:
– abide by our rental terms and conditions.
– provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
– that we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via SUPERHOG
– the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay
The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
We allow children with the following stipulations:
– Guests are responsible for any and all necessary ‘baby proofing’.
– Children under age 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
The landscaper visits the property every Tuesday.
HOUSE RULES:
– Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
– The primary guest who made the reservation must stay at the property.
– Local guests within a 4-hour drive must contact us before booking.
– This dog-friendly property allows up to 2 dogs for $125 per stay, but you must get pre-approval. The dog(s) must be crate-trained, and please clean up after your dog. No cats, sorry.
– No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. Failure to comply will incur a penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
– Recreational drug use or any illegal or dangerous activity at the property is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply incurs a $300 penalty.
– Guests must comply with maximum occupancy and obtain approval for additional guests or incur a fee.
– There are 3 outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
– Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know 1-2 days in advance to arrange it.
– For stays of 25 nights or longer, there is a mandatory mid-stay cleaning that’s complimentary. Our team will contact you during your stay to coordinate the best day to do it.
– Guests are responsible for keeping the property well-cleaned and maintained.
Guests are responsible for damages or extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay, including cleaning charges needed due to unauthorized pets discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file, followed by an email explaining the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
– Please adhere to check-in and check-out times to avoid fines.
– Property undergoes regular inspections to ensure compliance with rules and maintenance standards.
– Specific rules apply for properties with septic tanks.
– Thermostat: Temperature controls must be maintained to prevent damage.
– Guests are advised not to have mail or packages sent to the property.
– Guests are responsible for their valuables and personal property.
– Prompt reporting of any maintenance issues is required, though refunds are not guaranteed.

Interaction with guests
The casita uses an electronic door code for entry. You’ll have complete privacy in the casita during your stay. Just note that you will share the yard, laundry room and driveway with guests in the casita (when rented). We just ask that our guests remain kind and respectful of one another and your personal spaces/areas. Thank you. If you need anything, we’re available 7 days a week. Just send us a message.
